can't say that I am sorry to see them gone... I only dealt with them once, and they absolutely sucked.

I heard nothing but bad things about Bill Heard. I'm glad they're gone.

I went in to bill heard looking for an aveo for a DD because the ads on the radio said you could get them for 0 down and $99 a month with no disclaimer at the end. The Sales guy who said he was a manager said there was no such ad and that I should call the radio station and ask for a copy of the ad. UMM ITS YOUR AD DONT YOU HAVE A COPY?

Needless to say I herd the ad over and over again for both Heard and Landmark and even got an ad in the mail for it but the one in the mail had all sorts of disclaimers on it.

So I am not unhappy to see the dealer go away.

I remember when the C5 first came out my best friend went to BH in Sugar Land and wanted to buy one. They had a black/black/6 speed with those magnesuim wheels in the showroom. Best friend said "If I can test drive it, I will buy it, but I am not paying that $25,000 markup. Will pay cash for the car." Dealer said no. Friend said "Lets get to a phone and you can verify the cash in my bank account, the car will be paid in full." Dealer said No. Friend went down the road and paid cash for a 98 Cobra, drove back to BH, asked for the dealer and congratulated him on losing commission. Then proceeded to do a big smokey burnout. Thats the last time I have visited BH in Sugar Land.

Good riddance, At least now I don't have to listen to another ignorant Bill Heard/Landmark commercial on the radio again.

They also neglected to mention that there are many file cabinets full of complaints on these folks registered with the state. I can only imagine their referral program was not very good based on their sheister ways.

Yeah...landmark was rediculous. I went there looking for a TBSS and the mark up was insane. Salesman was also a jackass so i just walked off. Infact alomost every vehicle on that lot had some special mark up for window tint and pinstriping. I wanna say it was 4-5000 dollars extra. What a joke.

Thank god Bill heard is gone, Everytime I went in there to look at trucks even though I had some deals else where, they told me that I was wrong, ended up buying my truck with more options and a better price.

They also asked if I was going to trade in my camaro and I asked them what They might give me, they said some guy sold his for 10 grand and was happy, The salesmen then told me I wouldnt get over $10,000 for my car.

I sold it that night for my asking price, then the dueche bag at bill heard called me that night and I told him to F$** off

Dang, they made the news again today. Apparently they had a lobby full of irate customers that were getting calls from their previous car loan banks. Landmark took their cars as trade-ins and didn't even bother to pay them off once they got them. Ridiculous.
