-------Houston American Muscle Cruise Details------ OK, here is the plan for the cruise on Saturday, October 18th.

We will meet at the same location as the last cruise at between 9:45am and 10am to leave at 10:15am.
Meet -
Shell Station/Jack in the Box
17502 Hwy 6 (Corner of Hwy6 and 288 S)
Manvel, TX 77578
Drive Route -
288 S to FM 1462 (Rosharon exit) going west 10 miles to Hwy FM 762.
762N going by Brazos Bend State Park about 18 miles to Hwy 59.
We will go under 59 turning in to The Grand Parkway or Hwy 99N going to
Katy.
Along the way we will stop for lunch (site undetermined).
At 1:30pm we will then head to the Edge Car Show which is a Cancer charity event.
Frank-N-Stein's Bar & Grill (Car Show 2-6pm)

Sometime around 5pm or so we will be trying to caravan with Peter and his group to Lonestar Raceway to spectate/participate in the 60-130 and 1/4 mile run event that is going from 5pm - 10pm.
When:
Saturday October 18th (Lonestar Raceway)
Gates open at 4:30 pm
Track hot from 5 pm to 8 pm
At 8 pm the track converts to 1/4 mile racing and all spectators stay to watch and all racers that ran the 60-130 can run 1/4 mile.
Cost:
Entry - $15
Tech Card - $50
There will be no additional charge to 1/4 mile race after the 60-130 event.
If you want to come to the 1/4 mile racing ONLY, you won't be able to get in until 8 pm at which point it will cost you $10 to enter and $20 to race. The track will close at 8 pm and re-open for 1/4 mile racing at 8:30 pm.

i am in, up until the lonestar gig, got plans for later that night, plus not too much of a fan of that track

Hopefully we'll get more confirmations. We had a good turn out last time and it was a blast. Should be even better this time around. Also for a good cause heading out to the edge car show! If you havent checked the HPD site, there is an impressive list of cars that will be showing up.

I have a friend coming to town this weekend but I'd love to show her the car scene..so if she's up for going with me I will be there!
Wish I could give a solid yes, but for now just take a very enthusiastic "I hope so/maybe!" lol.
