Re: Craftsman Tools FYI I got a lug nut stuck in a socket the other day and I screwed the nut back on and put a wedge (flat head screwdriver) under the lip of the socket as I tightened down the nut I just pushed out on the lip of the socket until it came off.
Re: Craftsman Tools FYI People bash crafts man but 99% of my tools ar work are craftsman, and it seems to me that the other guys are waiting on the snap on guy to replace a pile of tools alot more often then I have to go to sears.
Re: Craftsman Tools FYI Just my .02, but I like the feel of Craftsman tools better that any other. I have over 1400 pcs of them, so I better like them. And I have purchased about 65 pcs of Snap-On in boxes that I have bought at auctions, including six ratchets. I have given them all of them to my son. He just turned two and loves to play with them.

Re: Craftsman Tools FYI I really don't see why Snap-Ons are so expensive. I've had several Snap-On tools, and they don't work any better or last any longer. Even if they did, the price difference is WAY too much for tools IMHO. For their prices, you would think the tools are made of titanium and gold or something.

I don't like sears wrenches cause they are clunky and don't fit in tight places.... sockets are OK I guess...
...some of the sears tools are pricy too....they want $100 for a set of wrenches with the ratchet built in.... like that is a lot of dough for six wrenches...they must think they are now snap-on...
