Default welding part to riding lawnmower. which welder?

I am an inexperienced welder first of all. I have a lawn tractor blade that I want to weld to the frame of the riding lawnmower. The blade will be used to grade and push gravel, dirt, snow, etc. It comes with a bracket that bolts up to the frame that requires you to drop the tractor blade housing/deck. I would like to keep the deck on and weld the blade unit directly to the frame.

I have a lincoln 100sp mig w/gas, oxy/acet gas welding setup, and a lincoln 200 series ac 60amp stick welding system. Which one would give me the strongest weld for this application. The 100sp is easiest to use, but it lacks power, the other two have the potential, but I have not used them as much.
