Rigged: cherry picker

Rigged: cherry picker well, tonight i helped a few friends pull the motor out of my buddies 93 TA today, and we had to get creative on this particular step.
The cherry picker we were gonna borrow, wasn't gonna get here tonight, so we had to use something else to pull that sucker out.
The location was pretty much out in the sticks, so we used something everyone out there has.....a tractor!
We just pulled some chains around that bulldozing thing and used its hydraulics to lift the motor out.
This is the 3rd motor at this house thats been pulled that way, so its almost a tradition around here.

I havent got any of the new pics from today yet.
If I dont get a cherry picker this weekend, to pull my motor out, the tractor might have a 4th victim.

We've used all sorts of things in the past. Tree branches with a come-along, a basketball pole, and some wheelchair lift thing that looks like a cherry picker, but isn't NEARLY as strong. Needless to say, that was it's first, and LAST, small block swap
But the tractor looks like a pretty good tool!
