Default Chassis Fabrication

Hey guys and gals! Anyone in here do some chassis fabrication on their car or a track car? Interested in hearing what you use for the tubing (type/thickness) and also what type of welders do you use. I have used a variety of thicknesses and welders but interested in hearing other experiences. Anyone ever use a 110V welder for tube chassis? 220s?

input voltage doesn't really dictate output amperage. i have a miller syncrowave 200 i use and am in the market for a bigger welder than my sp100.
