Welding Crack Headers
I try "blindly" put some glue to seal crack on the exhaust put tryied it twice and the seal will last only until it gets hot and start to leak....YEA ITS FUNNY
bottom line, that thing does not work.
Would it be wise to take them out and weld them outside? or just get new ones?
Or maybe I can have the shop cut right after the collector weld and weld from the inside the pipes and then re-seal!?
Just take it to an exhaust shop and they'll fix it no problem.
I don't think you should put a cutout right after each the collector on both sides. I think you'll lose too much heat and thus pressure and thus velocity. You want one cutout in the I-pipe. I have a QTP dual cutout Y-pipe and I'd rather just have one of the stupid things in the I-pipe.

I would pull the leaky one pulled out of the car and have someone weld it up for you then throw it back on
