If you have a regular compression tester you can make a leak down tester for about $20. You take the adapter hose that fits the spark plug hole on your head and remove the valve core out of it. Get a air pressure regulator from your favorite hardware store and get fittings to hook it up to a air hose on one end and your adapter on the other end and bam you have a compression tester.
