Default Anyone ever make their own leak down tester?

I have seen some people make their own on various internet sites. Just wondered if anyone on here has done the same? It looks like it'd only cost about $35 to make.

Look for Blaster's post at the bottom of this page. I asked the same question a while back. It looks like a good project, but I don't want to mess up a perfectly good SnapOn compression tester to make it.
