Sorry to bump this old thread again, but after doing a lot of online googling, it seemed people were generally happy with that Brown Line torque wrench. After being unscientifically tested by other board members it turned out to be pretty decent for a Wrench of it's price. Of course this is the short term, I'm sure as it get older its accuracy will decrease (like all torque wrenches).

I ended up looking into torque wrenches fairly extensively because I wanted to make sure to get the right one for my needs. Snap-On is the daddy, however I found two other companies I felt I should give a mention too while doing my search. Precision instruments and CDI also build quality torque wrenches and as a matter of fact they are the companies that build/supply the Torque Wrenches for Snap-On. So if anyone is still looking for Torque Wrenches it might be worth while to compare all 4 of those brands and see what fits your needs.
