engine lift plate
I was actually just needing something like what you described. I tried to mount my 2000 camaro ls1 in my 75 fbody to see if my new swap mounts would work, but my engine was too low. The oil pan hits the engine kmember just enough to make the engine mounts not work, but in addition to that, the sump of the pan also hangs below the kmember about 3 inches. I was looking for something that could hold my engine up 3 more inches. I know my mounts will work, I just need something to go in between them for that 3 inch lift. Pm me if you can.

Interested too...but need shortly (pulling engine soon), needs to be plated or corrosion resistant, and strong enough to hold engine/tranny combo. Please PM if your design will include these things, and include price and I am in.

would anyone with a valley mount LS lift plate be willing to get me some measurements on the valley plate width and length, and hole size and spacing. i don't have an engine yet, but have the materials to make one versus spending 60+ dollars on something i could build in about an hour. i only need the specs from the plate, not the lifting bar since i already have an engine load leveler.
