The last pic is actually a video just click on it. It came off of a 99-03 Silverado 78mm.

That sounds great! Do you get any leaks?

That's an awesome idea, I think I'll just have to try that out.

Video not working at the link for me. Can you post it on youtube?

Nevermind, I used IE8 instead of Chrome to watch the video. Sounds like it works as designed. Nice work! Now you need to build and sell adapters for the cutout!

So no one has an opinion on the use of the TPI or LT1 oval dual blade TBs?

Not just sticking with GM, does anyone know what the biggest cable driven TB is? A 90mm would work for me, but the LS2 and Truck (I assume the Trailblazer SS) TB are all DBW.

I don't see a point using an oval TB unless you are going to oval out the pipe that it will mount to.

I can't find a 90mm DBC, they all seem to be DBW. With my collectors being a 3.5", will there be a noticeable difference, in loudness, if I use a LS1 78mm TB vs a 90mm TB? The LS1 being a 78mm just seems to be a big bottle neck.

It's this or just going back to no exhaust, lol... I loved the way my headers only exhaust sounded. I now have the Flowtech Purple Hornies coming off the collectors, with a 3 foot lead and it quiet and sounds like ****. Not what I was expecting from glasspacks.... So disappointed!
