Another SNL Performance TT Caddy Build Well we got the turbo kit all wrapped up in a little over a week. We ran out of argon, in both bottles or it would have been done last week! Haha So today I will be able to finish the charge pipe and the passenger side intercooler pipe welding. They are fabbed up just need welding.
I have been a big part of the last 5 big Twin Turbo Kit builds. So I took the best ideas from them all and used them on this Caddy build up.
-Turbos Comp
-mid pipes 2.5" stainless
-down pipes 3" stainless
-charge pipes to intercooler 2.5" aluminum
-charge pipe from i/c to throttle body 4" aluminum
-water to air intercooler with billet end tanks
-K&N filter
-Tial BOV and Waste gates

Nice as usual. Had to get a fresh drool rag to look.
I ran out of argon myself recently , but only 1 of my 2 tanks. The real problem is I ran out of time for special projects in both tanks.

Yes we build some 1.25" frame braces. We will post more pictures today of the piping and the braces and basically the kit all finished up.
Back Purging just sucks down the Argon so fast!!

use a separate tank (if you don't already) and should be around 33% of your main gas.
