Default Ls1 swap

Hi im putting an ls1 on my 1985 chevy c10 shortbed and I honestly don't want to change my driveshaft im on a budget build nd i dont want to spend money on tht.. Do you guys know of any motor mount adapters that work? If you guys could please help me out

Where are you located?

If you're swapping transmission as well, you should measure total length of the old one vs the new one to know how far forward/backward to set your engine.

If the 4L60e is 2" longer from the bellhousing to tailshaft, then you'll need to sit your engine forward 2". There are literally HUNDREDS of adjustable mounts, sliding mounts, etc.

Driveshaft mods are cheap and shouldn't dictate where the motor goes

your drive shaft should come last. Choosing optimal locations for your major drivetrain components is always the best way to go.
