Needed an M9 x 1.25 Bolt for header
Instead of removing the pass heads, the only option was to go up the next tap size on my craftsman set using the M9 x 1.25. I did not know at the time that basically the M9 bolt hardly exists. Well I had to make my own then.
By using an M10 bolt very (common) grinding it down to an M9 using a file and re threading it, with an M9 thread tap, Guess what, it worked.
Also make sure you clean out the stripped hole using some oil on the tap and slowly insert and remove.
Hope this helps.
