Good afternoon I ran across this thread while looking for options on a test/ flow bench for my fuel injector. Could I be put on the list for construction data, parts list and software. I would like to build a test set like this one, really great work by the way thanks
The construction data is in the thread. PM me with an email address and I'll send you the software and screen definitions.
If anyone wants a copy of all the Mega code and screen definition files for the nextion, Just PM me, letting me know you want the files for the Calibration and Injector test bench and provide your email address. I'm going to add the code, Nextion definitions, and also the cad files for the bottle holders and spacers into a zip file and email that going forward. Less work for me than finding all the files each time. If it gets out of hand, I may have to create a github, but I've been avoiding that so far.
Wow! Holy Moly! This has to be one of the coolest things I've seen done in a really long time! I've been looking and looking for a way to get better tech data from an injector testing machine - that I can afford. I finally gave up the pursuit of the Chinese-made stuff that can't do what I want it to do anyway. I can't afford a $12K machine either!
Wow, I'm just joining this group, so I will try to message you, but I might need to get a post count up before I can message you for the files. I want to build one of these!
Thanks for doing all this work! I am going to try and direct message you too!

Looks like others are just posting an email address here. Would you please send me the files for this too!
Thank you so much!

Reason: Removed public email address
If you don't mind having your email address on the public thread just type it in, Otherwise PM me.
Thanks. Yeah, I’d rather not have it public, but I also can’t send you a PM. I’m a new member to the group and the rules require I have more history on the site (publishing posted messages), before it will allow me to send you a private message. Here is my email address:
I can delete my email address from this post later. Thank you so much for sending these files!! 👍

Finished my test stand some days ago and just started playing with it. Have already tested the screens on the display. Sofar everything works 100%.
Now I have to work on streaming the data into excel to get all the facts of the tested injectors.
A big thumbs up to LSswap for providing all the related information.

Wow Very cool.
You don't have to stream it directly into Excel. Easier to just cut ans paste the data.
This is awesome, you put a lot of knowledge and effort for everyone and DIYers on budget. I would like to build this also, but unfortunately i cant send PM coz i'm newbie here. Would you be kind enough sending me the details on this project to --deletedforsecurityreasons- I really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

I think you need to make a few more posts before admins let you use the PMs. Feel free to check out my Turbo C3 Build and comment there. That will increase you number of posts. (shameless plug)

BTW those of you making your own setups, note that the wide opening as in this set up will allow mist to be sprayed out while testing. My experience has shown that the 1 liter bottle, with a narrow opening is the ideal vessel to capture the liquid. Also you want the injector to be as deep as possible in the opening to keep the mist form leaving the container. I was testing some short injectors and found I needed to add shims under the bottles to better manage the mist. Also on a wide open test for any reasonable time with big injector will fill a small container.
Wanted to get the Files needed for this project but I'm too new of a user... my email is kalyhassanyi5@gmail.com if you get a chance.. Thanks in advance!
