Default Degree Wheel (do LS1 cams require a special one?)

I am nowhere near installing the Lunati 55009LUN cam in my 395 stroker yet. Never-the-less I am trying to order any tools ahead of time. Do LS1 cams require a special degree wheel or do any work? What is the average price for these? Can they be found locally (the wife is getting pissed each day the UPS guy delievers another package ) like at an autozone (or I hate to say it...Pep boys)?

I found a couple on ebay:

would any of these fit? Any sponsors listening?

Thanks,

David

You need a universal one that has adapters for the center mounting hole. I got mine from Summit (the Summit brand one for around $20). It doesn't matter what cam you're running.....it has to fit the crank.

DOH! Thats right, what the heck was I thinking? Well my Cam just arrived via UPS about 10 minutes ago, so I have most of my parts! Time to get crankin'!
(Although I have a broken wrist, I will most likely be very limited)

Thanks for the Summit tip!

I have the same one too and the sleeve was a tad too tight to go all the way up the crank bolt. I used a drum sander and took just a touch out and it slipped on tight.

Yeah, forgot to mention that. I used a sanding roll and opened the bushing up a tad too.
