better tool than chains/leveler? Hello,
I'm trying to manipulate my LS1 and I've found that chains or a 20" load leveler don't do the best job of controlling the motor on the hoist. I know I can manhandle the thing, but I'm just curious if anyone makes a 4-post rig that's desiged to hold the LS1 by the heads. The problem I have is that the leveler (or just free chains) tend to put stress on the wires and tubes around the motor. Something like a smallblock lift plate but specifically designed for the LS1?
