I used to work at snapon corporate, and they offered us 30%. Not much in comparison to Craftsman (they hated me for doing that), but 30% is 30%.. IMHO, the only way to justify the additional cost of Snapon tools is if you've got them in your hands 8+ hrs a day, and making a living off it. Beyond that, it's a waste of money.
To answer yer question though, the above suggestion is really the only way - beyond that, you've gotta befriend someone that actually works for snapon and get them to buy your tools under their account.

Sign up for school, go for the first week and buy all you can then withdraw while you are still able to get your money back 
Matco offers a better discount though, its 52% off almost everything including some boxes.

Snap-on is a rip off. They make good tools and have the same warranty as other dealers on hand tools that ive seen. Every snap-on dealer that has come to our shop have been ******. Once we didnt owe these guys any money they dissapear in thin air. I have ALWAYS had great service from Matco and Cornwell. Personally I use Craftsman at the house cause you can just get so much for for your money. In my box at work I have MAtco, Cornwell, and Craftsman. Very few snap-on tools. Might want to check out ebay for cheaper snap-on tools. Thats just my .2 cents.

Ebay! I see new and almost new Snap On tools go for cheap all the time.
If you deal with a guy on a regular basis you can usually get discounts too. I almost never pay truck prices for stuff, I always try to beat the guy up for a few bucks off. They'd rather make a sale for 30% profit than no sale at 50% profit, especially if it's an unpopular item or something that has been sitting on the truck for a while.
