Default Kwiklift owners?

I did some searching and it looks like a few people have these. If you have one, know someone who has one, or had one, please post up your experiences with it. I'm looking for something I can take with me if/when we move, and there are just some jobs I don't feel comfortable doing under jack stands.

Thanks

-Mike

Default

I picked one up at the Vette show in Houston this past spring. It is a little heavier than I thought, but one person can maneuver it (I did) with some good gloves. It will raise the car quite a bit (about 20 inches from the ground to bottom of tire) vs. rhino ramps which raise about 6 1/2 inches. You can slide under there with a creeper and have a lot of space (good for detailing under the car). If you have a truck with a good sized bed, moving it should be no problem. It's very high quality steel and should last a long, long time. I use it for regular maintenance stuff but it's good to know I have it if I feel like delving into something more intense.
