Aluminum racing jack at autozone is an option for around $80.
If you have SFCs and rhino ramps, you can still get it off all 4s relatively easy by backing onto the ramps, using your existing jack and jacking up by the SFCs. Not pretty, takes a little more time, but it works for me.

my car sits about 3 inches off the ground and I have one of those 2 ton jacks.
so what i do is i cut up 4 peices of 2x4 about 2foot long put them in front of all of my tirres then drive up onto them. after that the 2 ton jack fits under there nicely and saved me the money of buying a lowprofile jack.
good luck

the problem with the heavy multi pump craftsmen jacks (IMO) is they dont like very short pumps, where as a quick pump alum jack will move the saddle with 1" of travel on the handle. Sams Club, and other stores like that usually have a good deal on the light weight alum jacks. Ebay too.
