here is the brand: it's a small pocket size welder only weight 11 lbs which is perfect for on the go.
Thermal Arc/ Dragster 85 series.

i'd save your money and go with a good Miller or Lincoln unit. With Tig welding you want a nice consistant arc that you will not get with a *cheap* machine. also the parts used in these machines are cheaply made and can be hard to find when something fails.
