Here is the back of my barn/shop. Been working on it since fall. Still need/want to do a few things. Don't mind the mess, been building a turboed cobra.
Note: My hoist isn't leaking, I accidentally pulled the bleeder screw out while bleeding the cylinder. Lol I never cleaned the column out cause it was cold and I got lazy.
Dang, I didn't realize FL was affected by the flood last year. I was actually in FL the weekend the flooding occurred, but luckily, my house, shop, and cars were spared. Unfortunately, a few friends near the BR area weren't so lucky. One guy ended up saving a vette, another vette partially drowned, and another was a complete loss. He said it was a hard decision to make as to which vette was lucky enough to get on the lift, and the others were left to jackstands.

That pic is from 13" of rain from Harvey (8-17). Then we got Irma(9-17) that put 8.5" in the shop. The house stayed high and dry, thank goodness. Everything was fine...the cleanup kinda sucked. There were minnows and tadpoles swimming around in there at one time.

Ohhhh I didn't realize they called that a 100yr flood. I was thinking you were talking about the one in August 2016. Glad you made it out relatively ok!
^Was that brand new construction or had the concrete been exposed for a while? Im curious how it will hold up. Previous owners had done some epoxy floor in my house but its lifting terribly. Not sure if its just due to being a basement floor or they didnt prep adequatley.
I went with snaplock foor on one side of my garage, but my wife doesnt want that on hers and this would be a decent alternative if it would hold up better. Granted I dont like how slick epoxy gets with water on it.

It was aged flooring that had never been painted. It's all in the prep work.
I used a greaser, followed by an acid etch. Basically took some acid that I got from Home Depot and a garden hose, diluted it and rub it in with a broom. Rinsed it down, and took it up with a squeegee. Let it dry for 14 days before applying the epoxy. It's been on there for 4 years and the hot tire pickup and adhesion is excellent. I didn't put down any flake but I recommend doing it as epoxy is very slippery when wet.
