I suppose this is a pretty common weld to make, so someone should know for sure.

I plan to weld 304 stainless to 409 stainless, and I'm wondering what is the best filler wire to use. I have 308 and 309 wire, and I was thinking the 309 might work best. Does anyone have an opinion?
