Default Need tips on fabrication of exhaust pipe...

I am going to use a 3" Donut from the chassis shop to construct the exhaust tips. They have a 3" radius and 3" OD. We plan on cutting the donut into 4 - 90 degree sections. The inside of the two pipes need to be 1.500" apart. trying to figure out the best way to go about getting them to merge into a single 3" pipe.

These are cut at 45 & 90 degrees. Clamp them in a v block and scribe them.
