Need a compressor and welder

Need a compressor and welder I need a welder(mig) that works with 110 but also 220 or maybe a 110 that I can upgrade with a kit to make it 220. I would prefer high amps when I get the 220 in the low to mid 200's. Do they make such a welder? Or should I just buy a little 135 and upgrade to a 225-250 later? Needed for exhaust work, SFC, various fab work and eventually a cage and back halfing.
Same thing with a compressor. I just need to be able to use cutting wheels and die grinders without, out running the compressor. I had a 2hp 10 gallon but it wouldn't keep up with the cutting wheels.
