Default Garage Organization?

What do you all use for the walls of your garage for tool storage?

Pegboard, Slatboard, or everything in a tool chest.

I am looking to organize my girlfirends garage, and was looking into using the Slatboard, but wasnt' sure how it would work for tool storage, since I havent' seen many of the "pegs' that I use on my pegboard for that type of system.

Thanks

Ryan

I use a tool chest and shelves. Some things (like the weedeater) I hang on the wall with those big screw in hooks. I do a lot of paint and body work, so the tools on a pegboard would be out for me (spraying clear makes one hell of a fog).

Then I have a tall cabinet on the other side of the garage with my paints and cleaning supplies.

Toolbox, workbench storage, a lot of built in shelves (the entire back wall in my two car garage).

I'd post pictures, but good grief my garage floor is nasty. Coating it is on the list for the fall when the heat and humidity drop.
