Powder coater
I have the one that came out a little while ago from craftsman, it works well and is very easy to use. I had to upgrade to something better and I got the Elite HotCoat Kit Item No. 12859 from eastwood and it does a great job. I still use the craftsman alot for small stuff because it is very easy to set up and I don't need to fire up the air compressor.

We got one at work last week to coat the steel pieces on the fixtures that go into the water testing tanks. We bought this gun: http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/cta...emnumber=42802 which was on sale for $35 and this oven: http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/cta...emnumber=46300 which was on sale for $175. So far, I've been the only one to use it and it's very easy. I really only had a very basic idea of what was necessary the first time I tried and even then the part came out pretty good. Only problem I had the first time was I didn't cure it for long enough. I was using matte black and it came out glass black, I should have known something was up because of that. The finish chipped off about like paint then, so I recoated it (over the old) and cured it longer. This time it came out matte and was a lot tougher, I smacked the pieces together a few times and it didn't chip at all. The nice thing was, the pieces were small and had some tight crevices, so it was hard to get every bit covered and some places got sprayed a lot. If I had been using paint I would have had a ton of runs, but the powder flowed out smooth and perfect.
