Default Torque Spec Booklets

Ok, I have seen these things all over in shops but I am having one hell of a time finding one. For those of you that don't know, they are books that have the torque specs and sequences for different cylinder heads. Obviously none of the techs want to give theirs away. So is there anyone that knows where to get one of these? The ones I like are made by Fel-Pro, IIRC.
