I would love to hear from anyone who has used this:

Hmm. I just use stacks of 6" slices of 2x4's, nail gunned together. But those do look decent.

interesting

For low lift additions, I use a block of wood on the saddle, to add more height I use a few large pieces of 2x12 stacked and set the jack on it. Just feels more stable to me.

Ya, I think taht the general consensus is that wood is just as effective and cheaper.
