Concreet Stain Sucks.... The Homedepo\lowes 2 Part Epoxy Kits Work Really Well So Long As It Dosent Sit In The Sun All Day Long...

Stain Will Peel Under Hot Tires And Comes Up With Solvente Even When Dried The Epoxy Kits Will Hold Up Much Better And Are Still Pretty Cheap... Also Their Easy To Use

In The End If Its A Shop You Dont Want A $1000 Floor Coating Because Certain Things Will Ruin Any Coating (ie: Jackstands) So A Epoxy Is Very Ruggid Yet Not So Dam Expensive That You Couldent Afford To Re Apply Every Few Yrs

I think I'm going to go with Armstrong Vinyl Composite Tile. It's like $0.68 a sq ft and goes down easy using their epoxy. For a 2 car garage, I'm looking at less than $400 and can do one side, then move stuff and do the other side.
