You can buy directly from Kent-Moore http://www.spxkentmoore.com/. However, they are very expensive. I've had good luck by first finding the stock number (do a search) of the tools that I wanted to buy and then doing a search on Google. Kent Moore will also send you a catalog.
I bought about $500 worth of Gen III tools (new price) for about $135 from an Isuzu dealership that went bankrupt. There are good deals out there if you have patience.
