S.A.M.
S.A.M. I am thinking of attending S.A.M. ( School of automotive machinest) or U.T.I., but Iam leaning more towards S.A.M. since they paticualry build race engines. What I want to know from you guys is,"wich do you all think is the better school and any other information you think will be helpful in my decision.

Learning to be a machinist and an engine assembler is a much higher skill set than just becoming a wrencher at a dealership. The SAM guys are also diehard gearheads and participate in many racing events across the country. Plus, they are here in Houston, which is just awesome if you love cars (and partying!)
