Smoke Machine

can i use a fog machine instead of a smoke machine to find a vacuum leak? a smoke machine is 700bucks and a fog machine is 30.

If you can find a way to rig a tube to the front of it, I don't see why not.

The fog machine that I have has a thin copper tube coming to the front (behind the plastic faceplate), so you ought to be able to somehow attach a small tube.

The fog machine I have uses ethylene glycol (antifreeze base) as its source for fog.
