Can someone help me out. I cant figure out why my pic wont load. Its exactly 500x150

The picture is below.

The maximum size of your custom image is 500 by 150 pixels or 60.0 KB (whichever is smaller) Yours is 100 KB.

How can i make it smaller? do i need to just resize it and make it smaller then 500x150? or is there a different way?

I did but it kept saying the remote file is to large.

Now it works!!!
