trader rating

trader rating I bought a part the seller. After 3 weeks went by from the day he received my payment, I still didn't have the part. The seller crawlinlt1camaro kept giving me a line of crap that he sent it out but didnt have a tracking number. Found out a bunch of people were in the same boat with the guy so i gave him a negative trader rating. well based on the receipt, the day after i gave him the negative rating he dropped off the part and now over 1 month later I received it.
Although there is a little damage which was not noticeable in the pics he sent (nor did he tell me about it), overall the bumper is in good shape.
Question is: Is there a way to edit a trader rating (both text and rating)?
Would finally receiving the part even warrant a change from negative to neutral given the circumstance?

the negative trader feedback thread is prob the place to ask. to answer your question...I would leave it negative. you arent being a dick or anything...the guy lied to you.

He lied about shipping the part, he lied about the condition of the part, and he took over a month to get it to you. If I saw this guy selling something over on the classified board, first thing I would do would be to check his trader rating and I would DEFINITELY want to know about this. I say even if you can change the status, tell it how it is. I would never give anyone like that a positive or even neutral rating.
