WTF is up with sponsors being banned?

I was going to send a PM to "BMR Fabrication Inc" but under their name it says thay are banned. A couple of weeks ago the same thing happened to Exotic Performance Plus and it was taken care of right away. Is this some glitch in the software or is another new moderator abusing their privelidges? Sorry for my rant, but it is a little inconvenient.

Edit: Ok, so "BMR Sales" is banned as well. Did they drop their sponsorship?

I just checked the members list and all four BMR user accounts appear to be active and are currently viewing threads. The user titles also say sponsor and not banned. I'm not sure what happened, but it appears to be back to normal now.
