So if you are looking for parts for your car you need to spend a couple of months on this site to get enough posts so you can ask someone if they want to sell them to you. Very interesting.

Yes because unfortunately, this is the internet where people like to scam others.

Are you new to the internet? The rules makes sense to me

I could understand this rule if you are selling items. It is hard to scam someone when you are buying the parts and have to pay for the part before it is sent to you. Does this make any sense?

Actually its pretty easy. Paypal can be and is manipulated often.

Not really , ya pay then tell your CC co. or PayPal ya never got 'em or use a stolen CC. Sorry we try to consider both sides of the coin....

Buyers scam sellers all the time. Dispute charges and CC's will sometimes chargeback the money no questions asked. Happened to a friend of mine with a $1,500 lap top sale. Buyer kept the laptop and did a chargeback and my friend was screwed.
