I attached a zip'd Excel file. People downloading it with MSIE get a munged
archive message (I guess the MSIE:WinZip chain) while Firefox works fine.
I uploaded once with FF and once with MSIE, the files are evidently the same
and same problem.

When I download it with FF, the zip opens just fine, but when I D/L with IE, it says it's a corrupt archive. No idea why, but I can't fathom it being a vBulletin issue.
As a temporary fix, try compressing with WinRAR.
