"Quick View" delay??

"Quick View" delay?? Float the cursor over a thread title and a balloon pops up giving a preview of the thread.
However, it pops up really fast and can be annoying when you are just cruising down the thread topics.
How about a 3 second or so delay before balloon pops up?

Sorry, can't adjust that -- it's browser specific... I have no control over whether it displays or not, or how long it displays for, or how long it takes to pop up..
