Find all posts won't update. Oh, and can't find one of my threads.

Find all posts won't update. Oh, and can't find one of my threads. Maybe I just need to know how the site operates better, but I'm having a 2 problems right now:
When I go to my profile and click on "find all posts", It hasn't updated since 2-08-12.
About 1 1/2 hours ago I made a thread in the lounge asking where all the techs had run off to. Maybe it was deleted (cause that's definitely fightin grounds right there), but it seems that it doesn't show up in my threads section, my posts (though this sections isn't working anyway), recent topics, or the lounge forum itself.
Any suggestions?
It also seems to take a few hours before my new threads actually show up in my threads section. Is that normal?

There is some delay between when the post is made and when it may show up in the search results. However, it appears the search engine has stalled as it hasn't included new results for the past few days. We'll investigate.

Also, it's not just the posts; even now, this thread doesn't show up under my threads. So I guess the site won't update. Except the threads that are already in my "find all threads" section, every time someone posts on one of those it shows it as having new content. But my/everyone elses "find all posts" section cuts off at 2-08-12 (some earlier).
