There's a few ways.
You could send a PM to a moderator of the forum where the post is. To find the moderators of a given forum, go to the index page of that forum and then scroll down to the bottom-right section to see the list of moderators for that section.
Another option is to use the Report Post feature (especially if there is concern about Guidelines being violated) by clicking on the
, which appears to the left side, of the questionable post.
