For clarification, you mean email notifications of updated activity in your subscriptions?
By the way your account shows that, by default, you don't use email subscription notifications. Unless you manually subscribe to threads and specify email notifications, you're not going to get email notifications unless you change that setting. It's under UserCP, Edit Options and then Default Thread Subscription Mode.

We need more information. What isn't working? That you're not getting email notifications? Or that when you click on Subscribe you're not getting the Subscribe page with options?
When I click on subscribe , the small boxes show, I click on what I want and nothing happens after that point, just as if I had clicked on nothing. I just tried to PM someone and that will not go thru either. This all happened within a days time....

You might try disabling plugins with your browser or resetting it. If that doesn't work, I can only suggest trying another browser. It's also possible you have some sort of 3rd party security software that is causing the issue.
