Lost username?
If you remember the name but simply can't access the e-mail, then we'll need you to provide proof of account ownership before we can change the e-mail (you'll need to confirm the current e-mail address listed on the account.) We can then change the e-mail and you can perform the password reset via the lost/forgotten password link. But, again, if you don't remember the username or e-mail, there's nothing we can do to help.
