more prominant search button?

more prominant search button? this came up as a joke in another thread but maybe we should have a big, flashing, brightly colored search button on the site since it seems to get "missed" by so many people. im sure there will still be redundant threats but perhaps this could cut down on some of them.
also, how come you can only do a search every 30sec? sometimes i misspell something and try to re-search but i get the annoying message and have to wait for (what seems like) 10 minutes before i can actually search again. or i just get tired of waiting and post another "who makes the best ____" thread... J/K about the last part but that 30sec rule really is annoying.
just a few suggestions to keep the noob bashing down along with the aggrivation they(and i)may get when trying to look things up the right way.
