Hello,
As this is tied to a sponsor account, it would need to be reactivated by the IB sales team (i.e. Dave will need to contact his IB sales rep to have this set back up, assuming he has a multi-user sponsor package.) Please ask him to reach out to his sales rep for assistance with this.
