How does LS1Tech (Internet Brands) get away with this?

How does LS1Tech (Internet Brands) get away with this? I get a link from LS1Tech that says "1968 Camaro Tears it up at The Drag Strip With 2,400 HP" and follow the link to a slideshow. There is the promise of a video, but I don't see it. So, I do a Google Video Search and these are my results.
Problem is, I never see a video, either the 10:31 video or the 15:59 video. How does LS1Tech get away with saying there is a video and never showing it? Better yet, how do they fool Google into thinking they do?
