Im having trouble logging in here using my Iphone. I can log in from a tablet and a laptop but not my phone any idea where to start from? Thanks.

 

It's your username with the apostrophe. iOS marks-up the character and so it doesn't match correctly against the username/password check. This is not specific to LS1Tech but the way it handles the characters in the field boxes.

The only two options are 1) Disable the mark-up in your iOS settings or 2) Change your username to exclude the apostrophe. LS1Tech normally doesn't do username changes but maybe Administrator RPM WS6 might approve, if you want to do the username change route, since since it's a technical issue and can be a stopper.

 

Yes, if this is the solution then I see no problem with changing the name.

You can PM the request to either Administrator RPM WS6 or myself. If the username is available (not used) and is 20 characters or less, we can update it.
