videos never work right

videos never work right how come when i try to watch 1 of the videos on here the sound plays but the pict is stuck. or it skips and freezes and goes 4 a second before freezing again. any sugestions it aint my computer i can see **** vids all day long, lol. 
What kind of computer do you have and what operating system? More than likely you either don't have up to date software or are infected with viruses and spyware. Start by updating your anti-virus software AND spyware or get free anti-virus and spyware. Do a full scan to detact any viruses or spyware. Delete all instances of virus or spy.
