I think you need to be a registered user for so many days/months and have a certain number of posts or somthing along those lines.

If you would direct yourself to the User and Support Forum, where these types of questions are usually tendered, you will note the thread titled: FOR SALE posts. Can't post? READ THIS! (https://ls1tech.com/forums/removed-locked-thread-graveyard/263289-can-t-post-sale-thread-here-s-why.html)

Basically 50 posts or 6 months.
